Public scope

A frontend engineering case about reusable page composition, white-label needs, and coordination across product and engineering.

01

Context

The travel product covered hotels, packages, transfers, tours, ticketing, payments, and authenticated experiences. Its frontend needed to support several kinds of product surfaces.

02

My role

I held the formal title Senior Front-End Software Engineer. I built frontend foundations and coordinated with backend and UX work.

03

Constraint

The product needed modular pages and white-label customization while supporting landing, event, and content experiences.

05

System

The work included a frontend foundation, modular and white-label page architecture, landing, event and content capabilities, and a Storybook-documented design system.

06

Evidence boundary

The role, dates, and system scope are recorded. Reported productivity and traffic figures are excluded because their measurement and attribution are unresolved. The later partner relationship is also unresolved.

07

Learning

Reusable frontend systems work best when page variation is represented directly in the architecture and teams can refer to the same documented components.
